We had an impactful assembly hosted by the Green School Committee, focusing on the theme of sustainable food. Principal Lee signed the charter as we recently became a member of TASS. It was a privilege to have representatives from The Alliance for Sustainable Schools, DITO students from the Chinese International School, the food caterer KIN, and our Green Prefect team share their insights on sustainable eating. The highlight was the delightful sustainable food tasting session, featuring the mouthwatering dish of braised organic beef ragu with mushroom, egg on steamed rice! We were delighted to have parents join us on this special day, and our students were filled with joy.
