Description:
Manage campus construction, renovation projects, Major Repairs, procurement and tendering; liaise with contractors and service providers
Support the General Affairs Committee, in the matters of school security, school uniform, tuck shop and catering services, hire of accommodation, supervision of janitors, etc
Provide support to different committees and school events (e.g. Parents Day, Sports Day)
Requirements:
Possess a recognized degree
Have at least 3 years of experience in facilities/ project management, preferably in the education sector but not mandatory
Have strong command of English and Chinese, both oral and written
Proficient in computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc)
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
