Suitable applicants will be notified via system email approximately 2 weeks before the interview date, whereas interview results will be notified via email approximately two weeks after the interview date.
本校將於面試日期前約兩星期透過系統電郵發送面試資訊予合適申請人，而面試結果將於面試日期後約兩星期透過電郵通知。

Applicants who have not been invited for an interview will be placed on the waiting list. Based on the actual admission situation, the school will invite applicants on the waiting list to participate in the remaining interviews (if applicable), or will keep them on the waiting list until further notice or late March. There is no need to reapply. Applicants who do not receive a notification regarding the "Priority Waiting List" or an interview invitation on or before the designated date may assume their applications are unsuccessful. No individual notifications will be sent to unsuccessful applicants.
未獲邀請面試的申請人將被自動撥入候補名單。本校將按照最新收生情況，邀請候補名單上的申請人參與餘下場次的面試(如適用)，或繼續保留其在候補名單上，無須重新申請。該名單將繼續生效直至另行通知或3月下旬。如於該日期或之前仍未接獲入選「優先候補名單」通知或面試邀請，則是次申請可當作落選論，本校不會另行通知。

1. P4 3^rd Term/Final Term Report, P5 ALL Reports, and P6 1^st Term Report (Only applicable to applicants in the Third Phase)
   小四第三學期/下學期成績表、小五全年成績表、小六第一學期/上學期成績表(只適用於第三階段報名人士)
2. Copy of student’s HKID card
   學生香港身份證副本
3. Copy of student’s study visa (Only applicable to non-local students)
   簽證副本(只適用於非本地學生)
4. Chinese composition homework (With teacher’s markings)
   中文作文功課一篇(老師批改版本)
5. English composition homework (With teacher’s markings)
   英文作文功課一篇(老師批改版本)
6. Student’s recent color photo (Passport photo only)
   學生彩色近照 (只接受證件相)

1. Original copies of submitted School Reports 遞交之成績表正本
2. Original copies of submitted Awards and Certificates 獎狀及證書正本
3. Original copies of HKID card and/or study visa 身份證及/或簽證正本
4. P5 and P6 Student Handbooks with homework records 小五、小六具家課紀錄的學生手冊
5. Recommendation Letter from Primary School (if applicable) and copies 小學推薦信 (如適用)及副本

If applicants wish to submit additional documents that have not been previously uploaded to the system, please prepare own copies. 
如須提交未曾遞交之額外文件，請自備副本。

In view of large number of applications, we will only invite suitable applicants and their parents to attend the admission interview. 
因報名人數眾多，本校只會邀請合適的申請者及家長進行面試。

The school reserves the right to extend or conclude the admission process early based on actual enrollment conditions, without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding regarding any potential inconvenience.
本校將根據實際錄取情況而延長或提前結束招生工作，恕不另行通知。不便之處，敬請見諒。

We do not participate in EDB discretionary and central school place allocation system.
本校不參加教育局的自行分配及統一派位辦法。
