 2. Copy of student’s HKID card
      學生香港身份證副本

 3. Copy of study visa (Only applicable to non-local students)
      簽證副本 (只適用於非本地學生)

 4. Copy of the Primary 6 Student Record Form issued by EDB
      由教育局發出的小六學生資料表副本

 5. Copy of Primary 5 (whole year) school assessment report
      小學五年級全年成績表副本

 6. Copy of Primary 6 (1st term, if any) school assessment report
      小六上學期 (如有) 成績表副本

 7. Chinese composition homework (With teacher’s markings)
      中文作文功課一篇（老師批改版本）

 8. English composition homework (With teacher’s markings)
      英文作文功課一篇（老師批改版本）

 1. Academic performance 學術成績: 50%
      *Grade B or above in Chinese, English and Mathematics.
      * 中英數需達B級或以上

 2. Conduct 操行: 20%
      *Grade B or above
      *操行需達B級或以上

 3. Interview performance 面試表現: 20%

 4. Support from parents 家長支援: 10%

 In view of large number of applications, we will only invite suitable applicants to attend admission interview by email.
  因報名人數眾多，本校只會以電郵邀請合適的申請者及家長進行面試。

 We do not participate in EDB discretionary and central school place allocation system.
  本校不參加教育局的自行分配及統一派位辦法。
