Writing Fai Chun Activity at Lunar New Year

Lunar New Year is approaching! This year, we were honoured to invite Mr Lam, our teacher consultant, to give a Chinese Culture lesson for our Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) students. This was the very first time that our S1 and S2 NCS students used a Chinese writing brush and learnt Chinese calligraphy. During the lesson, NCS students from S1 and S2 learnt to appreciate Chinese calligraphy. Students not only learnt the structure of Chinese characters, but also understand the symbolic meaning of the blessings written on Fai Chun. The students enjoyed the lesson and cannot wait to write more Fai Chuns.
