Tokyo STEAM Tour 2024

From March 24th to 28th, 2024, 36 STCC students embarked on an educational STEAM journey across Tokyo, aiming to inspire them by exposing them to cutting-edge technology and scientific breakthroughs. The tour began at the Railway Museum, where students learned about the evolution of Japan's railway system. At CIT Tokyo SkyTree Campus, they explored the latest advancements in robotics and space technology.

The National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Miraikan) offered hands-on experiences with pioneering scientific research, while Kawasaki Robostage showcased the role of robotics in various industries. The Yokohama FLAT4 Museum displayed the history and evolution of automotive technology, and at the Toshiba Science Museum, students delved into Toshiba's innovations and their societal impacts.

The ANA Blue Hanger Tour provided insights into aviation technology, and teamLab Planets TOKYO merged art with digital technology in an immersive experience. Cyberdyne Studio highlighted medical advancements aiding mobility, and the JAXA Tsukuba Space Center inspired students with Japan's space exploration efforts.

The tour was a great success, broadening students' horizons, igniting their passion for STEAM fields, and equipping them with a deeper understanding of technological innovation.
